Privacy policy

  1. GENERAL RULES
    1. STONO sp. z o.o. ( hereinafter: STONO), as a data controller, attaches very big importance to the privacy policy of the Service Users (hereinafter: "User") of epado.com (hereinafter: Internet Service) and cares about the safety of available data, in particular to protect them against unauthorized access.
    2. STONO also provides to all users the exercise of their rights under the Act of 29 August 1997 r. about personal data protection (Dz. U. Nr 133, poz.883, with subsequent amendments) in particular, the right of access by the User of the Internet Service for its own data, update them, and remove the User has go the right to object in the specified cases, in the provisions of this Law.
    3. Privacy Policy on the all Internet Service websites are made available to all interested parties.
    4. STONO processes personal data of the User with the extent necessary for the proper performance of Internet Service, provided by electronic means, and in a wider scope, only with the consent of the User.
  2. DATA PROCESSING
    1. In accordance to the general principles of Internet connections, all the information contained in system logs (in this example. IP address) are used by STONO for technical purposes, related to the administration of the servers. These data can be also used to collect general statistical information.
    2. Certain areas of the Internet Service may use cookies (text files stored on the User's computer, identifying him in order to enable certain operations) to provide services and content tailored to the individual needs of the User. The proper actions of Cookies depend on the acceptance of the User. Disabling cookies on your browser may cause difficulties in using the Service.
  3. USER’S PROFILE
    1. During the registration process the User must provide username, email address and password.
    2. In the User Profile are included information provided during registration (with the exception of the password), as well as other data optionally indicated by the user.
  4. SALES INFORMATION AND STRICTURE
    1. Administrator reserves the right to send unsolicited messages to the User of the Internet Service. These include information relating directly to changes in the operations of the Internet Service.
    2. Administrator and its contractors, can send to the User commercial nature e-mails only when the User has given his consent, under art. 10 of the Act of 18 July 2002. On electronic services (Dz. U. 2013. Item. 1422 with subsequent amendments).
    3. Advertising and other commercial nature can also be attached to the letters which are coming in and out of the system account.
  5. STORAGE AND DATA PROCESSION SERVICE
    1. STONO, as Administrator of the Internet Service ensures that all the personal data of Users of the Internet Service are stored in a database that uses a protective and organizational means, according to the requirements specified in the regulations on the protection of personal data, including the Law on Personal Data Protection and Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration from 29 April 2004., on personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions which should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for processing personal data (Dz. U. of 2004. No. 100, item. 1024), and moreover - with the guidelines of the Inspector General for Personal Data Protection.
    2. STONO is not responsible for the privacy policy used by the owners or administrators of sites, which redirected links are included in the Internet Service.
    3. Any complaints and requests related to the protection and processing the data of the Users of the Internet Service may be directed to office@epado.com.
    4. Reported objections will be considered by the Administrator within 14 working days, from the date of receipt of the notification.
    5. STONO reserves the right to leave received messages unanswered, when the content of that message will be the result that the message has been sent to the Administrator with the ignorance of the Regulations or provisions of this Privacy Policy.
  6. MODIFICATION AND REMOVAL OF DATA
    1. Administrator reserves the right to not to remove the data of the User whose account has been blocked or deleted due to unauthorized use of the Internet Service, in order to prevent it from re-registering in the Internet Service. The refusal of removing the data form the Internet Service also applies in cases specified by law.
  7. ELECTRONIC TERMINATION
    1. Termination of the Agreement is voluntary and possible at any time, without giving any reason. Termination is followed when the User delates its account from the Internet Service.
